1. What WildDigest is

WildDigest is an editorial site about free-to-play mobile games available on Google Play. Everything published here is the opinion of our editors after playing the games themselves. Ratings shown on game cards are copied from the Google Play listing on the day the review was published and may have moved since. Nothing on this site is professional advice, and we do not distribute game files of any kind.

2. Advertising disclosure

The site is free to read. It is supported in two ways: advertising placements, including promoted listings that link through to Google Play, and the optional paid reading plans described below. Promoted placements are labelled where they appear.

Advertising has no influence on our verdicts. Advertisers do not see a review before publication, cannot request changes to it, and cannot buy a higher rating. A promoted title can and does receive a lukewarm review when it deserves one.

3. Paid reading plans

What is being purchased

A reading plan is a subscription to WildDigest editorial content. It gives access to extended reviews, early access to each edition, mechanics breakdowns, the archive of past editions and, on the yearly plan, printable edition summaries. It is not a game, not in-game content, and not a licence to any third-party software.

Prices and term

• Digest Plus monthly: A$4.90 per month, renewing every month until cancelled.
• Digest Plus yearly: A$39 per year, renewing every twelve months until cancelled.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Activation status

Card billing is currently being switched on with our payment provider. Until it is live, choosing a paid plan on the site only adds you to the list; we will write to you with a checkout link and confirm the exact price before any charge is made. No card details are collected on this site.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to editor@wilddigest.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

If a plan is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method, normally within ten business days. After that period, a refund may be issued at our discretion for the unused part of the term. Nothing here limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Independence and affiliation

WildDigest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the studios whose games are covered. Store links are provided for the reader's convenience.

5. Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, screenshots, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are reproduced here for editorial identification and commentary. The editorial text, the layout, the structure and the design of this site belong to WildDigest. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back to the source page; republishing a full review requires our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape the site for bulk republication.
• Do not submit an email address that is not yours.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We take care to keep ratings, studio names and descriptions accurate at the time of publication, but games change constantly and we give no warranty that the information stays current. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing or in-app offers of any third-party store listing or game. To the extent permitted by law, WildDigest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. External links

Links to Google Play and other external sites are offered for convenience. Once you follow one, the destination site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. Privacy matters are handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and supervised by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
